Tight Confines
For the Sedgwick Town Hall, we were tasked with delivering a live stream of the company’s town hall to employees and clients nationwide. The chosen venue posed a unique problem – an incredibly small and tight space that prevented the use of the usual cameras on tripods. Undaunted, we devised a plan to use small form-factor robotic cameras placed on stands, perfectly capturing the presentation, despide the space constraints.
Pivoting To Success
Our carefully crafted plan hit a snag when we learned that the client’s IT department had restrictions against using their wired network for the livestream. We were only informed of this the day before the event, so there was no time to spare. We quickly pivoted, deploying a bonded cellular pack to ensure the essential bandwidth for a successful stream.
Deploying the Plan
Equipped with a compact flypack production system that provided all the horsepower we needed in a small space, we arrived at the venue, prepared to deliver a top-shelf livestream. The clock was ticking, but we were ready for the challenge. To keep our operation compact, we opted for an NDI network, efficiently passing high definition camera and monitor signals over a small Ethernet network. This decision not only allowed us to work within the limited available real estate, but also ensured a fast and seamless setup and breakdown process.
Within a few hours, we transformed the small space into a production hub. Every detail was meticulously prepared and double-checked to ensure a production of the highest quality. The robotic cameras, perched on narrow stands, captured every moment, overcoming the spatial constraints. The bonded cellular pack worked seamlessly, providing the necessary bandwidth for a flawless stream.

As the town hall unfolded, employees and clients from across the country tuned in to hear about the company’s prospectus and upcoming events.
